This place is awesome! Great selection of bikes for a small space but the owner is awesome and super helpful! Bought 2 bikes today and had a great experience!
My wife and I stopped in and met the owner, Dan. Very nice guy. We told him about problem my wife was having with her bike (Townie Electra). Another local shop had “repaired it” but problem persisted. We brought her bike into Encore the following day and Dan fixed it on the spot! They will get all my business from here on! Outstanding service and very highly recommended!
We had the absolute best experience dealing with Dan at Encore Cycles. Our grandson wanted an electric bike. As grandparents. We didn't know anything at all about an electric bike. So we set out one morning to check out various bikes. We went into one bike shop and asked the man a question and he didn't want to give us the time of day. He pretty much blew us off after our first question. We walked out of that shop feeling very disheartened. So we decided just to walk into Encore Cyles and see what we could find out there. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! First we were greeted as soon as we walked in by Dan and a great smile. We started asking him a few questions about electric bikes. He took the time with us and gave us so much added information about comparing different bikes. He taught us what to look for as far as safety.He even informed us about the batteries on the electric bikes. We walked out of that bike store with so much more information that we even hoped for. We took a few days pondering about all of our new found information that Dan gave us about purchasing an electric bike for our grandson. We returned to Dan. Once again greeted with a smile. We made our purchase and walked out feeling very confident with our purchase. Knowing that our grandson was getting a new safe electric bike. Thank you so much to Dan. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new bike. THANK YOU AGAIN DAN! Our grandson is so happy with his new bike!!!

Great experience. I brought in a very old bike that had a lot of sentimental value to me in the hopes of having it restored. After a bad experience at a different place, Dan (the owner of Encore) was not only able to revitalize the bike in only 72 hours, but he was exceptionally kind and pleasant to work with. Thank you Dan for helping me to hold onto a very dear keepsake from my dad.
Dan was very friendly and helpful. I picked out a bike and left it with him so he could add some things to it. I then texted him to ask if I could change my mind on the size. He told me to come in and pick out the one I wanted. No problem. He also took time to explain the different helmets to me. He treated me like a friend, not just a customer.
Dan is a professional with many years of experience, He really listens and cares what the customer wants from the experience of purchasing a bike or accessories at his shop.
