Okay, here’s where the “different” part comes into play. Our primary focus for service is on the common repairs that most shops perform 90% of the time. For example, tune-ups, brake / gear adjustments, flat repair, and common parts replacements. Some services may only be offered in the off-season. The reason for this focus is because that’s what keeps our workflow efficient.

For ebike service, please bring the battery key when dropping off your bike. Often times, we will have you bring the battery back home after initial inspection.

We always give honest, fair, and fully transparent quotes. Our service department is outfitted with the best tools and equipment currently available from Remco, Park, Abbey, EVT, Morizumi, Wera, and Unior.
